T-Sim is a simulation software package which predicts the final wall thickness distribution of a moulding - before any moulds are cut - and quickly predicts the effect of design improvements.
And T-Sim now offers much improved benefits for designers, moulders and toolmakers. Designs and costs can be optimised on the PC within a few hours, start up times can be reduced and the minimum materials and cycles can be used from day 1.

T-Sim has friendly CAD software compatibility (Solidworks, TopSolid, Catia, Autocad etc) allows fast handling of all thermoforming techniques and can predict the effect of different designs of plug.
T-Sim gives 3D colour maps of thickness, temperature, stress and extension. 3D cuts allow investigation of thin areas for design modification.
Results can be exported for structural analysis to Ansys, IGES, DXF, Cosmos/M, Patran and LS-Dyna files.
T-Sim can also design pre-distorted images for the in-mould decoration process.
